This policy explains what information ingo plan collects when you create an account, enroll in a course, or otherwise use this site, and how that information is used.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored securely; we never store your password in plain text).
- Payment information — course payments are processed by Paymob. We do not receive or store your full card details; we keep a record of the transaction (amount, date, course) for receipts and support.
- Course activity — which lessons you've watched, quiz results, ratings you leave, and certificates you've earned, so we can track your progress and unlock the right content.
- Support communications — messages you send us for help with your account or a course.
How we use this information
- To give you access to the courses you've enrolled in and track your progress.
- To process payments and send order receipts.
- To respond to support requests.
- To send occasional updates about new courses or discounts — you can unsubscribe from these at any time.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run ingo plan, and only share what each one needs to do its job:
- Supabase — hosts our database and authentication.
- Paymob — processes course payments.
- Bunny.net — hosts and streams lesson videos.
- Our email delivery provider — sends receipts and account emails.
We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember your course progress between visits. This is required for the site to function and isn't used for advertising or tracking across other websites.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing m.saieed@ingoplan.com. Deleting your account will remove your access to any courses tied to it.
Children's privacy
ingo plan is intended for learners aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children younger than that.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
