Terms of service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
ingo plan is an online learning marketplace where instructors publish project-control courses and students purchase access to learn from them. These terms are the agreement between you and ingo plan (“we”, “us”) for using the site, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or publishing one as an instructor. By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them.
1. Who can use ingo plan
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm the information you give us — your name, email address, and (where relevant) payment details — is accurate and belongs to you. Accounts are for individual use; a single account may not be shared across multiple people.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for everything that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it. Tell us right away at m.saieed@ingoplan.com if you think someone else has access to it. We may ask you to verify your identity or reset your password if we suspect an account has been compromised.
3. Students and instructors
Anyone with an account can browse and purchase courses as a student. Publishing courses as an instructor requires a separate application, which we review before granting instructor access. We may decline an application, or revoke instructor access later, at our discretion — most commonly for inactivity, policy violations, or repeated student complaints.
4. Buying a course
- Course prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) before you pay, and payments are processed through our payment partner, Paymob.
- Once purchased, a course is yours to access for as long as ingo plan operates it — this is a personal, non-transferable license for your own learning, not a transfer of ownership over the content.
- Sharing your account or course access with someone who hasn't purchased it isn't allowed.
- Downloading, redistributing, reselling, or publicly re-uploading lesson videos, PDFs, or other course materials isn't allowed, including after you've finished the course.
- Coupons and discount codes are valid only for the course, time window, and conditions stated when the code was issued, and may be limited to one redemption per account.
5. Refunds and cancellations
You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchasing a course by emailing m.saieed@ingoplan.com with your order details. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on Paymob and your bank. We reserve the right to decline a refund request where we find clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles used to access course content for free.
6. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued automatically once you finish every lesson and pass every quiz in a course. A certificate reflects that you completed the course material on ingo plan — it isn't an accredited qualification, and its recognition outside the platform is your own responsibility to confirm.
7. Live sessions and quizzes
Some courses include live sessions or quizzes. Live sessions are scheduled at set times and may be recorded for enrolled students who couldn't attend. Quiz answers should be your own work — submitting someone else's work as your own is a violation of these terms and may result in the submission being rejected or your account being suspended.
8. Content ownership and intellectual property
Course videos, lesson text, slides, quizzes, and other materials belong to the instructor who created them, or to ingo plan where we've produced or commissioned the content ourselves. Purchasing a course gives you a license to view and learn from it — it does not transfer copyright, and you may not reproduce, adapt, or commercially exploit it. The ingo plan name, logo, and site design are our property and may not be used without permission.
9. Instructor terms
If you're approved as an instructor, you keep ownership of the courses you create, and you grant ingo plan a license to host, stream, market, and sell that content on the platform. You're responsible for making sure your content is accurate, doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and follows our content standards. Instructor payouts are based on a revenue-sharing arrangement communicated to you separately when your application is approved; we may adjust course pricing, promotions, or the platform's standard commission with reasonable notice to active instructors.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others, or use another person's account.
- Copy, download, scrape, or redistribute course videos or materials outside the platform.
- Upload or submit content that's unlawful, infringing, harassing, or misleading.
- Use the platform for anything illegal or that violates another person's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
11. Suspension, bans, and termination
We may suspend, ban, or permanently close an account that violates these terms, including for fraud, abuse, harassment of other users or instructors, or repeated policy violations. A permanent ban removes access to the platform and any purchased courses, and we may decline to let a banned account, or the person behind it, register again under a new email. You can close your own account at any time by emailing us — this ends your access to any courses tied to it, subject to any refund rights above.
12. Third-party services
ingo plan relies on outside providers to operate: Supabase for our database and authentication, Paymob for payment processing, Bunny.net for video hosting and streaming, and Resend for transactional email. Your use of features backed by these providers is also subject to their own terms, and we aren't responsible for outages or issues that originate on their end.
13. Disclaimers
ingo plan and its courses are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep the platform available and course content accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee any particular learning outcome, job result, or certification value, and we don't warrant that the site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted at all times.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ingo plan isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses — including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities — even if we've been advised such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of ingo plan is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold ingo plan harmless from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or content you submit as a student or instructor.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of ingo plan will first be handled through good-faith discussion between you and us; if that doesn't resolve it, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ingo plan evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let signed-in users know. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
18. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ingo plan regarding your use of the platform.
