Terms of service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Draft template. This page is a starting-point terms of service, not a finished legal document — have a lawyer review it (including the refund window and governing-law section below) before relying on it as final.

These terms govern your use of ingo plan and the courses you purchase here. By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Buying a course

  • Course prices are shown in EGP before you pay.
  • Once purchased, a course is yours to access for as long as ingo plan operates it — this is a personal license for your own learning, not a transferable one.
  • Sharing your account or course access with someone who hasn't purchased it isn't allowed.
  • Redistributing, reselling, or publicly re-uploading lesson videos or materials isn't allowed.

Refunds

Placeholder — replace with your actual policy. A typical starting point: refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't completed more than 20% of the course. Email m.saieed@ingoplan.com with your order details to request one.

Instructor content

Course content belongs to the instructor who created it (or to ingo plan, where noted). Purchasing a course gives you a license to watch and learn from it — it doesn't transfer ownership of that content to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Copy, download, or redistribute course videos or materials outside the platform.
  • Use the platform for anything illegal or that violates another person's rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You can close your own account at any time by emailing us — this will end your access to any courses tied to it.

Limitation of liability

ingo plan is provided as-is. We work to keep the platform available and course content accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

Placeholder — set this to wherever your business is actually registered, and confirm with a lawyer whether that's the right choice given where your students are.

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
